Built in 1592 on the former mosque site, Sorbas’s parish church has three 16th-century Mudéjar naves, a Baroque chancel (1765–1768) with a 1771 main altarpiece, and a 19th-century Neoclassical façade (1893) and Neo-Baroque tower. It stands on Plaza de la Constitución, beside the Palace of the Dukes of Alba.
